This Site describes Septic System Installation, Septic Maintenance, Septic Tank Repair, Lift Station Repair, Septic Riser Installation, Aerator Replacement, Septic Alarm Repair provided by Brazos Septic & Site Work. Estimates and quotes are issued separately and superseded by signed agreements.

Your Obligations. You agree to be truthful in submissions, secure your access credentials, and use this Site only for lawful purposes.

Prohibited Conduct. You will not: violate any law, disrupt Site operation, gain unauthorized access, harvest data, transmit malware, or impersonate any person or entity.

Intellectual Property. All content on https://septicsysteminstallationtolar.com, including text, graphics, logos, and software, is the property of Brazos Septic & Site Work or its licensors and is protected by U.S. and international copyright laws.

Payments. Pricing for services is provided in writing prior to work commencing. Payments are due per the terms of your service agreement. Refunds, when applicable, are governed by that agreement.

Termination Rights. We may end your access to the Site at our discretion, including for breach of these Terms. Termination does not relieve you of obligations incurred prior.

As-Is Basis. https://septicsysteminstallationtolar.com is provided on an "as is" basis. Brazos Septic & Site Work makes no warranty regarding completeness, reliability, or accuracy of information presented.

Cap on Damages. Liability of Brazos Septic & Site Work arising under these Terms is limited, in total, to the fees paid by you in the prior 12-month period.

Hold Harmless. You will indemnify Brazos Septic & Site Work against losses arising from your breach of these Terms, your misuse of the Site, or your violation of any law or third-party right.

Choice of Law. TX law governs these Terms. Disputes will be resolved in the courts of TX, and you consent to personal jurisdiction in those courts.

Updates. Brazos Septic & Site Work reserves the right to update these Terms. The current version is always available on this Site, and continued use signifies acceptance.
